Carol Mickelsen is the founder and former owner/head chef of
San Benito House in Half Moon Bay.
While the restaurant was under her ownership it received rave reviews from Gourmet Magazine, San Francisco Chronicle and
National Geographic Traveler Magazine.
Lisa Spector, Juilliard Graduate, has won first place in National Chopin Piano Competitions, was featured on the CBS Early Show, and has performed in
China, Italy, France, Spain, and throughout the U.S.

Roasted Filet of Beef
with red pepper-garlic butter

baked in individual terrine with fresh herb sauce

Dinner will include sparkling water and guests are invited to bring
their own wine or beer. Glassware will be provided.
