Especially informative was the post conference CEO Roundtable discussions regarding trends in the industry. Highlights of the biggest long term change to our industry included:

  • The CID entity must be whole, organized and in good standing.
  • The CID Entity solicits agent to be part of entity as the managing agent.
  • D&O Liability Insurance extends coverage to the management company and managers
