"Gosh, it's hard to believe that we have been in business for almost three years! Time really does fly when you are having fun and doing something that you truly enjoy. From day one, it has been the vision of Sew Much Fun! to reach out to a variety of sewers-all ages and stages- with a full line of top quality sewing machines and a full line of accessories. Lessons on the machines as well as an assortment of other project-based classes are offered to ensure that our customers get full value from their high quality Bernina sewing machines. A full line of quality sewing notions, books, and patterns and a complete selection of threads are available for a one-stop shopping experience. We also have a wonderful selection of quality fabrics, from Moda, Amy Butler, Island Batik, (...others...), and many more fabulous designers. And we are expanding our fabric selections at both the Concord and Gastonia stores every day. I know that we are successful because we have a trained, knowledgeable, and friendly staff to answer questions and provide guidance on fabric and thread selection. The growth of our business has exceeded my expectations. We have relocated and expanded both the Gastonia and Concord stores to better serve our growing business.
Sew Much Fun! is truly a dream come true. Before opening the business, I worked for Bernina Says Sew for several years and learned a lot about the Bernina family of sewing machines and a retail business. I also had the opportunity to work for Bernina of America for more than two years as a member of their national sales team and traveled all over the United States promoting Bernina products at major trade shows.
I am married and have three wonderful sons and four adorable granddaughters. My husband retired after a long and successful career in the chemical industry and now supports Sew Much Fun! in many ways.
Sew Much Fun! is my passion. I look forward to every day and the opportunity to serve my customers in any way that I can. I truly want Sew Much Fun! to be my customers' playground for creativity."
