Iidsete tulede meenutamiseks kogunevad tuhanded inimesed igal aastal augusti viimasel laupäeval mere äärde, et tähistada muinastulede ööd. Tule sina samuti ookeani äärde, et süüdata

Together let us light bonfires along the coastline. Our forefathers, whose ancestors lived along the western shores of Estonia for several thousand years, often lit bonfires as a signal to neighbors and seafarers. In commemoration of these ancient fires, every year thousands gather in celebration at the 
seashore on the last Saturday in August. You, too, are invited to come to the seashore to light a bonfire!
Those who attended last year know the location of the bonfire. The gathering takes place on the sand in Huntington Beach at 3:00 PM where Brookhurst meets the sand, look it up on Google Maps. Once there, look for the Estonian flag, that's where the bonfire and the picnic tables are. This is a potluck, so please bring something to share. Once the sun sets, the weather get's slightly cooler, it's best to bring along something warm to wear.
Parking on Brookhurst and surrounding streets are free, please pay attention to the signs indicating the hours that you may park. Beach parking is $15/car and is open from 6:00 AM - 10:00 PM.
For those wishing to take the bus, take the North Huntington Beach - Fullerton #35 line and get off at stop # 2715.
There will beach games for the kids and volleyball for the adults.
People from Los Angeles, San Diego and San Francisco get your volleyball teams together and come on down to Orange County and exhibit your playing skills. Awards will be given.
Whether you cometh from near or far, all Estonians and their friends are welcome!
