Dear Friends,

Caedsmon's Call

Caedmon's Call

Superb, Outstanding, Insightful...

These are just a few comments about Caedmon's Call's latest album... Overdressed.

But what about other comments?

Christian Music Today says... it reflects superb song writing and eclectic catchy folk pop sound... one of their best.

Christianity Today says... 5 star review.  Their diversity in song writing themes and their variety in vocals all work in their favor.  Overdressed is not only a superb and well crafted return to form but also may be their best album to date.

The idea that we're not who we were intended to be inspired the album.  After all... we're all sinners.

The album highlights singable harmony - rich singles.

So much of the record "talks" about family and community... how they give us strength.

And those highlights come from just one of their records.

They've sold over a million records since their beginning in the mid 90's.

Don't miss this chance to share an evening of inspirational praise and worship.

A GREAT WAY TO TOP OFF EASTER

Allelon And Disciples Top Off Easter With A...

Messianic Seder.

The Sunday School Class and the Disciple Bible Study groups
took part in a Messianic Seder last Saturday evening.

The celebration mirrors the Jewish Seder which celebrates the freeing of God's people from Egypt.

Both Seders show the dynamic emotional ranges... from slavery to freedom... from despair to hope... from darkness to light.

But the Messianic Seder also reflects the wonder and glory of God... his promise... his love... as he cares for all who are his today.

Karen Zimmerman lead the celebration... "The Telling".  Jesus chose the Passover setting to explain the mystery of God's plan.  He speaks of his body and blood... that he would have to die.

As you participate in this celebration and meal you relive the development and creation of the Christian Faith... tie the Old and New Testaments together.

The Messianic Seder is a celebration that Jewish Christians follow today... a moving, emotional experience... don't miss it.

26 people attended Saturday evening.
