Interdimensional Parapsychology

Did you ever, all of a sudden, get a strange, really bad or weird thought running through your head? Did you ever, all of a sudden, without provocation, just get angry? Did you ever, just for a moment, feel evil and vile, wishing harm or evil upon others in general, someone in particular or even towards yourself? Did you ever have the feeling that you want to suppress others and force them to follow your will? Have you ever been alone and had an overwhelming feeling that indeed you are not alone and that you are being watched?

Every human being, from time to time has experienced all of these things. Modern secular science wants us to believe that all these feelings are due exclusively to chemical reactions in the brain. They will say that human emotions and even human personality is nothing more than a combination of neural chemicals. They are in total denial not only of the existence of the human soul; they even deny the existence of the mind as being anything more than complicated brain chemistry.

Those who know better unfortunately cannot show the blind that which they refuse to see. As long as modern science is faithful to the religion of secularism it will always seek to support those conclusions that reinforce the secular agenda. Secularists will never be honest enough to admit the truth about other areas of real science that certainly contradict the very foundations of the secular world. Prejudice is prejudice and fundamentalism is fundamentalism. Secularists with scientists as their guru/priests are as radical and committed to proving their agenda/cause as is any other fanatical religion led by fundamentalist leaders.

There are many areas of pioneering modern science practiced in secret. The Manhattan Project of the 1940's that worked for years in secret to develop the Atomic Bomb was certainly not the last secret military/scientific project ran buy a government. There may be many modern secret military/scientific projects or their like. What they are we may never know. Secrets, after all, are secret. We are not meant to know them, and maybe with good cause. Nevertheless, what may be known and proven in some secret government laboratory may at the same time be denied and declared ridiculous by those oblivious to such research and development. There are too many reports to deny that secret government discoveries have made modern technologies obsolete. It is said that the technologies of fifty years in the future are already known today. We can only imagine what these may be.

Technology is never limited to just the exploration of the known external universe. Much research has gone into the exploration of psychic phenomena as well. The recesses of the inner powers of the human mind and what they can access have long been studied and used. What has been discovered is greatly debated. Here is where the secularist battle heats up. For what the secularist may vehemently deny about the powers of the mind and the inner dimensions the mind can open, others in secret locations know very well another story. Much of what has been known for centuries in religious circles is claimed to have been discovered to be true. However, those working on these secret "black-ops" projects may have discovered the actual mechanics and technologies of those things which the ancients called spiritual teachings. What was once described in religious and even mythical terms has been discovered to have scientific reality; realities that even most in the religious circles are completely oblivious to. The realms of the natural and supernatural are drawing ever so much closer.

In Torah/Kabbalistic circles there has long been talk about multiple universes and parallel worlds. Now modern science speaks about us existing in such a reality. Science no longer makes use of the term "universe." Now the correct term is "multiverse." While popular science speaks about this and speculates about what it can possibly mean, there are those who claim that in secret there are those who have experimented and have discovered some of the truths spoken long ago by our Sages and Kabbalists. Some say modern science in classified circles has broken the barriers between parallel worlds and that travel between them has become a regular thing. Whether or not this is true depends I guess on who one wishes to believe. Nevertheless, such interactions are indeed a known scientific possibility.

The fact that modern (public) science may deny the existence of the interaction of parallel universes does not make such denials to be true. Regardless of the beliefs or statements of modern science, throughout all of recorded history there have been interactions between human beings and a pantheon of other entities from other dimensional planes. Every culture in every generation has recorded its experiences. Millions have experienced realities that modern science simply dismisses and refers to all those who have made such claims of experience as "primitives." This attitude on behalf of modern so-called rationalist thinkers is very chauvinistic, arrogant and patronizing. It fits the image of the egotist fundamentalist so filled with his own self importance and personal sense of correctness that anyone who would disagree is in his eyes obviously stupid.

Still, even in the face of such arrogant denials, interdimensional contact happens with each of us on an almost daily basis. The problem is that we do not know how to recognize it. If anyone were to approach a counselor who is supposed to be trained in "mental health" and expresses a view that may be considered "supernatural," the usual "professional" response is to deny such an existence and then the person is directed to take medication for the purpose of suppressing such experiences and the beliefs they generate. Granted, we know that many times psychiatric drugs are a godsend and a blessing, nonetheless psychotropic medications can never address the underlying cause of what is happening and why. Psychiatric drugs can repress the mind from experiencing things, but they cannot make those things go away. This is not a neurological issue. It is very much something more.

Deny the source and you deny everything that comes forth from the source. This is the problem. Yet, not everyone can deny everything all of the time. Over many years in my role as Rabbi I have counseled many psychiatrists and psychologists who have encountered things in their therapy sessions that they we complete unprepared to handle. A century ago, the psychiatrist Carl Jung encountered many such examples with his psychotic and schizophrenic patients having access to information that was impossible for them to have known. It was based upon his heavily documented experiences with his patients that led Jung to the conclusion that the human mind is far more than just a bunch of neural transmitters and that the human mind can even travel thorough time and space. Carl Jung, one of the pioneering fathers of modern psychoanalysis was also the father of the branch of science today called parapsychology, the study of what we today might call the "supernatural" powers of the human mind.

I have taken the liberty to discuss this scientific approach because I believe that any talk about non-human entities sharing our interdimensional space and the ability of the human mind to travel into these other times and dimensions must be understood as a scientific reality and not just simply as a religious story of belief. Stories are stories and when the story ends so too does the pseudo-reality it creates. What I am talking about here is no mere story, but rather the reality of every human being who has and will ever live on this planet.

This is much more to being human than modern science has discovered or ever will discover. What I will proceed to discuss has to do with our humanity. I am not here to discuss religion and I have no reason to even talk about G-d. G-d is in Heaven, whatever that really means. We humans are here on Earth, whatever that really means. It is time that we put aside our religious mythologies brought down to us from the past in fairy-tale storybook fashion and begin to view the world in context of its greater reality.

Parents protect their young children and raise them to be aware of the real dangers that await them out in the real world. Well, such dangers are not limited to the physical domain. In the domains of the mind there are even greater dangers and most of us have grown up and are completely unaware of them. This is why so many today are having so many problems. So many today have fallen victim to psychic attacks and abuse and they do not even recognize what has happened to them.

Let us begin a new course of education, one that will enable us to see the real world around us with deeper more penetrating eyes. Things do not just happen to us. We do not just, all of a sudden, get angry, lose control or act insanely. Things happened for well founded reasons, beyond the scope of brain chemistry. We live in an interdimensional world and we interact with it on a regular daily basis. We experience these interactions regularly but we fail to recognize them. We have not been taught to see the truth.

I have no interest to debate modern secular so-called "rationalists" with their "prove it" attitudes. You can never prove anything to anyone when they are just not willing to accept that which they disagree with. The secular and "rationalist" worlds are just as fundamental and radical as is any religion. Recognize this and then let us take some frightening new steps into a very ancient and yet to be explored reality that surrounds us.

Let me say this, all those strange and weird thoughts that suddenly pop into your head might not be coming from you. An old comedian used to tell a joke with regards to wild and raunchy behavior how "the devil made him do it." There may be more truth to this than just a mere joke. We all see movies about ghosts, possessions, poltergeists and evil spirits taking over people. Most of us dismiss these things as mere fiction until one has a bizarre unexplainable encounter of one's own. There are many strange things that happen regularly and ignorance of them does not make them go away, nor does denial of their supernatural content make it anything less.

In coming essays, I pray to expand of these topics and to document the ancient teachings of our Torah Sages and their close encounters with numerous beings of other kinds. Just remember this: we are not alone; you are not alone. G-d is with you and so are "others."
