Greetings!

In case you haven't heard, the Loess Hills Culinary Tour was a hit! So this newsletter is dedicated to the farms that were destinations on the tour and donated their homegrown food to sample throughout the day.

Follow us on Facebook and Twitter this month for updates on where to find the best pumpkin patches and apple orchards in Northwest Iowa!

Timber Ridge Winery Timber Ridge Winery was the third and final stop on the tour. Richard and LaDonna Bumann have spent many years grooming the recreation trails and have been involved in winemaking for over 5 years now. You can find Timber Ridge Wines at the Sioux City Farmers Market.

Branding Irons Farm near Lawton, IA supplied the free-range, grass-fed pig for the Culinary Tour hog roast. Contact Brad Hopp at (712) 251-7738 for half and whole hog order inquiries.

Many other local food producers were involved in the tour. You can find Clear Creek Organic Cheese at the One Stop Meat Shop in Sioux City, IA.
