A Message from the Executive Director

Thank you is something we can never say enough of to all of the supporters of the Center!

This months spotlight is on PFLAG (Parents and Friends of Lesbians and Gays) and ISCOT (Imperial Sovereign Court of Tacoma). PFLAG  has done an outstanding job helping to organize and secure sponsors for Rainbows Over Tacoma. This is a joint adventure between our organizations however they are graciously donating all of the profits to the Center. Please buy your tickets and guarantee the success of this evening!

ISCOT recently sponsored Midnight at the Oasis at the Center as a fundraiser for the RC and GASS (Gender Alliance of the South Sound). The center was transformed into a scene right out of Arabian Nights. A wonderful time was had by all. Thank You to ISCOT!

Thanks also to each of you, all of this is possible because of your generosity and commitment. The rumor is that we are entering spring which will hopefully mean SUN sometime soon- enjoy it!

 In Gratitude -

Michelle

VOICES OF THE CITY PROJECT
Through stories, we discover our world, one another, and ourselves. Voices of the City is a new project that emerges from the belief that the arts can truly transform lives. This creative exploration initiative is co-produced by the Broadway Center and EnJoy Productions.
"Voices of the City" intends to deepen civic engagement through telling personal stories created by local community members and combining these stories in a playful exploration of Tacoma. We are building on the belief that listening, self-expression, diverse community participation and playful creativity are keys to building a vital, safe and healthy community.  We will use creative research and dialogue to discover stories and unearth meaning, and then create public expressions of these stories in Tacoma.
For more details about the project, or to download a nomination form, please visit:
