Discount codes! 

 

Current 2012 St Louis Tri Club members are eligible for tri club sponsor discounts. Having the discounts and codes means that you agree to not share discounts with non-members, family, friends, etc. In most instances, the sponsor or race director will check names against our member roster. Please do not abuse this benefit and potentially ruin it for everyone else.

Club and Sponsor Events

 

Tuesdays, March 6, 13, 20, 27- Tri Club Forest Park run - This run will loop Forest Park (about 6 miles) with the option for more or less as desired. We'll begin and end our runs at Kayaks the last Tuesday of every month (March 27) and have coffee/drinks and snacks after the run. If it is not the last Tuesday of the month, all runs will begin and end at the Visitor's Center (March 6, 13, 20) in Forest Park.

Saturday, March 10th (8am) - Daylight Savings Time Reminder Run on Grant's Trail. The trail is an out and back with a gentle slope. Length of trail is 8 mile.
You can do any distance, then join us for refreshments after your run.
Start the run from the LARGER parking lot on the north side of Hwy 44

Saturday, March 10th - The Carondelicious Criterium 
The 2012 edition of Big Shark's Carondelicious Criterium brings the excitement of bicycle racing and the best local, regional, and national athletes to St. Louis most cyclist friendly circuit. 

 

The 2012 edition of the Great Forest Park Bicycle Race brings cyclists off the path and into the streets of St. Louis' signature park. Racing begins Sunday morning on a beautiful, fast, flat circuit near the Jefferson Memorial and Muny Opera. 

 

Saturday March 17 - St. Louis Tri Club Social (following the St. Pat's run downtown)

-The Dubliner, 1025 Washington Ave, St. Louis

Race is part of the St. Louis Tri Club volunteer series and Club challenge series!  Slots are filling fast!

Included in registration is an 8 week Beginner Sprint Distance triathlon plan from TriSmart Training Systems, LLC

 

Weekly Events 

Monday nights at 6:00pm - Big River Running South City or OFallon run

 

Tuesdays at 5:30pm - Forest Park - A new weekly run!  This run will loop Forest Park (about 6 miles) with the option for more or less as desired.  We'll begin and end our runs at Kayaks the last Tuesday of every month and have coffee/drinks and snacks after the run. If it is not the last Tuesday of the month, all runs will begin and end at the Visitor's Center in Forest Park. 
 

Thursday morning 5:50am Forest Park run - meet in the parking lot across from the Visitor's Center. Runners do 1-2 loops. Distance and pace will vary with attendance. The run is always counter-clockwise from the visitor's center, so you also have the option of running clockwise from Skinker to join us. This starts in the dark so lights and/or reflectives are recommended. 
  
Saturdays - Rides from Big Shark West, Big Shark Urban and Big Shark in the Loop!
 
Sundays at 10am - Yoga at Little Shark: Power Vinyassa every Sunday morning from 10 AM to 11:10 AM $12.00; Led by Kathy Venderselt RYT CPT. Stop by after your morning run, before going to Brunch, or as a way to get your Sunday started!
10 class punchcard for $100 or drop in for $12/class.

Sunday Whispering Hills Swims- The St. Louis Tri Club has reserved the pool from 8am - 10am every Sunday.  You can bring your own training plan for the day.   

 
Sundays at 8am - IronBrick group run from Kaldi's Demun.
