The Bed and Breakfast Club...
Inn at Harbour Ridge

The award winning Inn at Harbour Ridge Bed

& Breakfast in Osage Beach.

If you're looking for a unique lodging option on your next trip to the Lake of the Ozarks, join the ever-growing list of travelers who choose to stay at bed and breakfasts. From the moment you check into a Lake-area B&B, be prepared to say goodbye to convention. The pre-packaged breakfast is gone and in its place is a delicious and fresh morning meal carefully prepared just for you. At a bed and breakfast, you'll enjoy true personal service from a friendly proprietor who has an insider's insight to the area. The styles of bed and breakfasts are as distinctive as the hosts who own them. Some might have hot tubs or flower gardens, but all have quiet and charming guest rooms and beautiful scenery that only adds to the appeal of a B&B. And for techies who want to stay plugged into the Internet, no need to fret - there's even free Wi-Fi at most of the area's bed and breakfasts.

"The bed and breakfast experience has so much to offer vacationers at the Lake," said Sue Westenhaver, owner of the Inn at Harbour Ridge in Osage Beach. "It's not just an overnight stay for guests, it's an experience. This is because it's not a corporate machine, it's a warm environment with welcoming people."

So if you're in the mood to put some extra into your ordinary on your next trip to the Lake, there are eight bed and breakfasts to choose from - including locations in Lake Ozark, Osage Beach, Versailles, Camdenton, Rocky Mount and Gravois Mills. For a list of these outstanding accommodations, visit the Lake of the Ozarks Convention & Visitor Bureau at FunLake.com or call 800-FUN-LAKE (386-5253).

Golden Rock's full-service restaurant features appetizers, sandwiches, salads, pizza, pasta, steaks, tilapia and desserts.
