Dear Parents & Students,
We hope you are having a fun and relaxing summer. We are hard at work in the office gearing up for our fourth season, Tuesday 1-3pm, Wednesday 11-1pm and Thursday 4-7pm. As always, if we are not in the office messages are checked regularly and returned as soon as possible. A few of our policies and requirements have changed from last season so please read carefully and either email or call if you have any questions. Congratulations to all of our dancers and their families for their amazing dancing and cheering from the audience at our third annual performance "First Comes Love"- we were so thrilled with the performance and can't stop watching it ourselves on DVD. We are already planning our performance for next year and can only hope to match this year's performance but as always, aim to top it!

Thanks for voting us #1!! | | Many of you heard the announcement at our performance but it seems that some of you missed it....we were voted #1 dance studio in Littleton (for the second year in a row) AND for the first time, we were also #1 in many of our surrounding towns for 2010. A VERY BIG thank you to all of you that voted and have passed the word around about us. |

New Customer Referral: | Since you voted us #1, we would like to thank you again...through September 30, you will receive $10 off of October tuition for every student you refer to the studio that has not previously been enrolled at Eloquence. When they register, the student you refer must mention you sent them. We will keep track-- so start saving money today!

NEW Newsletter format: | For those of you who are familiar with us, you know everything from Eloquence comes home on lime green paper. This season we are taking "going green" to a new level, starting with this newsletter, you will receive everything from us via email. Please make sure we have a current email from you at all times so you receive up-to-date information. As always, the current newsletter will be on display on the bulletin board in the lobby.

2010-2011 Class Confirmation: |  Along with this electronic newsletter, you will also see a confirmation for our 2010-2011 season. Individual shoe and attire requirements for each class are listed at the bottom of your class confirmation email. Please double check the time, level, instructor and studio letter in order to make the first few weeks of classes run as smoothly as possible. During the second week of classes, you will receive a payment book for monthly tuition and costume deposit(s) that will serve as a reminder when tuition is due. You DO NOT need to turn the payment slip in with your payment. Costume deposit(s) will be calculated on your November payment slip. However, you will receive a separate costume balance invoice in January after costumes have been ordered. |

Shoe & Attire Requirements: |  Dancers are required to wear a leotard (excluding our boys ONLY hip hop)and proper shoes at all times. This is for our dancers safety and must be followed. Please see your individual email and read the requirements carefully as different levels may have different color or style requirements. All shoes and attire can be purchased Eloquence during our office hours Tuesday 1-3pm, Wednesday 11-1pm and Thursday 5-7pm. It takes about a week for shoes to come in and we recommend that dancers have the proper attire for the first class.

Tuition Policy Reminder: | | All tuition is due the 1st day of the month October- June regardless of the day of the week your dancer takes class. As you initialed on our registration form, after the 5th day of the month there is a $10 late fee. |

Instructors: | | We are thrilled to have Miss Emerald Rae, Miss Rachel Ruvich and Miss Taylor Murphy on staff for the 2010-2011 season. Please remember that all questions and concerns should be addressed through Miss Whitney or Kim regardless of who your dancer has for an instructor. |

"Bring A Friend" Week: |  "Bring A Friend" week is Monday, September 27- Saturday, October 2. We encourage you to bring one, age appropriate friend to your regularly scheduled classes. Your dancers friend should wear a leotard if she has one or clothing that he or she can easily move around in. If your friend has the appropriate dance shoes please have her wear those but if not, socks work just fine too! Please remember, your friend will be required to participate in our class and will not be able to sit and only watch. |
