If you pump your mascara wand in and out of your mascara in an attempt to get more mascara on the wand, you are actually drying your mascara out?

Greetings!
I hope this finds you doing well!!  Fall is in the air, and pumpkin spice coffee is at Starbucks!  Life is good!  Major came through his surgery with great ease, and his pee-pee is better than new!  Believe it or not, Thor will be having a revision on his cirucmcision towards the end of the year....My husband fears he's next!  LOL!

The boys will be turning 1 year old on October 12....I cannot begin to understand where the time has gone...They are both taking steps, loving on each other with hugs and kisses, and babbling up a storm.  Major says Mama....enough said!

Barry, the boys and I will be leaving for California on September 29 for the launch of Buy4....It's a business that he and his partners have been developing for a couple years now.  It's very exciting!   Their company is the title sponsor for the Variety Magazine Women of the Year luncheon which takes place on September 30, and they are the title sponsor for a Celebrity Poker Tournament on October 11.  I will be back to work on Monday, October 18.  I'm looking forward to helping him, especially at the women's luncheon.  You have been great practice for helping me feel comfortable speaking with women. Please keep us in your prayers for our safe travel and a successful business venture.

We will be adding more information to the newsletters that you will hopefully find interesting and helpful.  If you have any great ideas that we can put in our new "Did you know" column, please email us and we will put it in our upcoming newsletters.  If you feel inclined to do so, please forward this to your friends who you feel might enjoy it!  This could spark their interest in our services, which translates into referral $$ for you!

"What I do Today"

 What I do today is very important because I am trading a day of my life for it.  Tomorrow this day is gone forever, leaving behind what I traded for it.  Therefore, I will do everything I can to make this day productive, positive, great, and successful.....in that way I need never regreat the price I paid for today............
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
This is taped to the bathroom door at our office.  I've read it so many times, and my feelings about it seem to change each time I read it.  When I first read it, I was overwhelmed with sadness over missing my boys at home. My heart longs to be with them.  I thought it would get easier as the weeks have turned into months, but truthfully, it's becoming increasingly more difficult as they become more and more interactive.  Thor kisses me all the time and Major loves to crawl over and lay his head on my lap or wants to be held while he cuddles up and breathes on my neck.  It doesn't seem worth the price I pay for today.
Then there are other days.  Days where I reflect on the bigger picture.  Why has God placed me here today?  Why now?  I know it's for a purpose much bigger than permanent cosmetics.....much larger than the physical things we see.  I begin my days driving to work reflecting on the women I will encounter for the day and pray that God will give me strength to listen to His still quiet voice, wisdom to speak when directed by the Holy Spirit, and the courage to speak it in Love KNOWING that God has a bigger plan than I can comprehend.  I am reminded of my two little boys at home....they do not belong to me.  They belong to God, and He has allowed me to be their Mother.  What a tremendous gift!  What a priviledge!  I realize that He gave up the life of His ONLY son to die on the cross for me, then why can't I give up spending time rolling around on the floor with my sons to put myself in a position at work to love on His people as they come to my work place, in order to accomplish His plan.
It's all about God.  Without Him we would have nothing.  We would be nothing.  Try to live your life by spending your Today's making the price of today worth something.  Something that would say Thank You  to The One who made you..the one who gave you Today..  Whether it be by smiling to a stranger,  showing love to someone who "seems" unlovable, giving a gift anonymously, or  praying for someone who has wronged you.  These items are price-less.
Only you and God will know the price you really paid for today. In all of your doing, remember the price He paid for us to have these Todays......His name is Jesus!
"Don't choose an eyeshadow in the exact same shade as your eyes. It has to be lighter or darker. There needs to be a contrast, or you are not really doing anything to bring out your eyes."
 Great Mascara Find!
Seems like great mascara is a never-ending quest....Clients are always asking what mascara we recommend.  In order to answer, we have to ask alot of questions first...waterproof or not waterproof?.....do you like them fluffy or spikey?....do you want them to curl or not?.......black or blackish brown?.....So, I have stumbled upon a great find for those of you who want to try some different mascaras without committing to any one at full price.
This mascara sampler is available on Sephora.com.....It has 10 different mascaras...they are smaller than the ones you buy in the store, but you get a chance to try them out without committing to a $20 mascara not knowing
whether or not you will like it.  The whole box is valued at $107 but is available for purchase for only $27!  Of course I had to purchase one of the sampler mascaras for "research!"  I've tried only 2 of them so far and I really like them!  So whether you are getting this for yourself or as a gift, it really is a great find!!
