Amazing Results at Capital DanceSport Championships |
 Three ladies competed last weekend at the Capital DanceSport Championships in Alexandria, VA, outside Washington, D.C. They are Kristin Crisci, Madeleine Chung and Donna Sparano. Everyone had a wonderful time and danced extremely well.
 Kristin Crisci competed in the Closed Bronze American Rhythm and Smooth events. In the Closed
Rhythm Championship, Kristin placed 4th (from a Semi-Final) and in the Scholarship, she claimed 1st place (also from a Semi-Final). Way to go Kristin.  In the Closed Bronze American Smooth dances, Kristin gave a tremendous performance, winning both the Championship and Scholarship (from Semi-Final rounds). We are very pleased with the results of her hard work. She has been seen at the studio practicing quite a bit in recent months!  Madeleine Chung danced in the Closed Silver American Smooth Division, achieving a second place in the Championship (from a Semi-Final). In the Scholarship, Madeleine started with a Quarter-Final Round and advanced all the way to the Final Round. We are so proud of Madeleine!
 Competing in the Open Gold and Advanced Rhythm and Smooth categories, was Donna Sparano. Donna took 3rd place in the Rhythm DanceSport Series and Open Scholarship. She is a fabulous Rhythm dancer!  In American Smooth, Donna also claimed 3rd place in the DanceSport Series, the Rising Star Championship and the Open Scholarship. She always likes to compete in lots of events when she goes to a competition!
We are so proud of all of the ladies' achievements at Capital DanceSport!

It is hard to believe that it has already been three years since Siti Dance Studio opened its doors on Philmont Avenue in Huntingdon Valley! With our great students and their referrals, the studio has grown tremendously in such a short time. This fall we are adding two more ballrooms in the back for our Junior Program. Adult private lessons will no longer share the front ballroom with children's private lessons. The children's private lessons will be in another ballroom.
Please join us as we celebrate our 3rd anniversary on:
Saturday, September 22, 2012, from 7:30pm - 10:30 pm.
There will be performances by some of our students to show how you can progress from the Bronze level through, Silver, Gold, and the Advanced level. There will also be LOTS of general dancing.
