A Wide Product Offering

F-201CVEL-FLOW® series Mass Flow Meters and Controllers for gas applications are truly unique in their capability to control flow ranges between 1 sccm and 1250 slpm full scale with pressure rating ranging between vacuum and 6,000 psi - all in one range of instruments. This versatility in flow ranges and in operating conditions has ensured that the EL-FLOW® series remains our most popular and field proven of instruments.

L23LIQUI-FLOW®  Mass Flow Meters and Controllers for liquids in ranges between 5 g/h and 20 kg/h (water equivalent) full scale. Flow meters only require a small differential pressure. Despite utilizing direct measurement (i.e. without a by-pass) the temperature rise of the fluid is minimal; approx. 1...5 °C. This greatly limits the danger of evaporation or degradation of the fluid.

P602CVThe EL-PRESS series electronic pressure meters and controllers have a well-proven compact thru-flow design and are available in pressure ranges for 100 mbar up to 6,000 psi. A differential pressure transmitter can also be supplied in the range of 100 psi. The pressure controller performs with high accuracy and repeatability and can be specified for forward pressure control or backward pressure
control.

M55-WhiteCORI-FLOW® utilizes a patented, advanced Coriolis type mass flow sensor to achieve unsurpassed performance, even with changing operation conditions in pressure, temperature, density, conductivity or viscosity. CORI-FLOW® is offered with or without an integral control valve but with both analog and digital communications.

IQ+MANIFOLD Featured at PITTCON 2011

Pittcon 2011

The World's Smallest MFC and Pressure Controller!  That's old news. That's the Bronkhorst IQ+FLOW.  What is new is combining multiple IQ+FLOW into one unit on one manifold.

That's the Bronkhorst IQ+MANIFOLD!

              IQ+MANIFOLD Cutaway

The IQ+MANIFOLD is ideal for OEM applications, such a gas chromatography and flame ionization detection, where accuracy and repeatability are required, and physical space is at a premium.

This year at the PITTCON exhibition in Atlanta Bronkhorst USA will be featuring the IQ+Manifold.

Please come see the small but powerful IQ+MANIFOLD at Booth #4646.

Coriolis Calculations

Idea

We proudly announce the release of our web tool:

CoriCalc on the Net

This instrument sizing and calculation tool for Bronkhorst Coriolis meters and controllers is now available, integrated in Bronkhorst Fluidat on the Net.

Everyone registered for Fluidat will get CoriCalc as a newly available option. CoriCalc consists of the following functionality:

> Pressure drop calculation for Coriolis sensors M1X- and M5X-series

> Valve orifice calculation for Bronkhorst and other (special) valves

> Density, viscosity and phase of fluid (if available in FLUIDAT®)

> Improved advisory with up to 2 sensors and 3 valves as options

> Overview of total errors and pressure drops at several flow rates for selected instrument

> Graphical representation of total error (trumpet style curves)

> Printout facilities for calculation, overview and advice screen
