Charge! Bronkhorst USA Accepts Credit Cards
Credit cards are an acceptable form of payment at Bronkhorst USA, and always have been.
We will accept Visa, Master Card, and American Express cards for payment. Bronkhorst USA handles the credit card payment process a little differently than others; we prefer not to handle the credit card details.
It is our philosophy that not handling the credit card details provides the customer with the very best assurance that the details are protected. So, how do we get paid? Bronkhorst uses a third party payment provider called Ogone.
When a customer indicates that they will pay by credit card, a link to the Ogone system is emailed to the customer. Clicking on the link will bring the customer to the payment page where he enters his Invoice number, credit card details, and submits payment. Bronkhorst USA is notified within several minutes by Ogone that the transaction has been successfully completed. Payment is easy, quick, and most importantly, secure.

No Time for Peeping ISPE Boston Product Show In New England the people who travel to the area to view the beautiful fall foliage are called Leaf Peepers. Bronkhorst USA will have little time to appreciate the natural surroundings of the Boston area in early October. Instead, we will be indoors exhibiting to professionals from the life sciences industry at the ISPE Boston Product Show. The show is in conjunction with the annual chapter meeting, and is held at Patriot Place at Gillette Stadium (home of the New England Patriots) on Wednesday, October 6th.
Bronkhorst offers mass flow and pressure measurement and control solutions for Life Sciences applications including four different gas measurement technologies, liquid flow, low delta P, vaporization, and OEM specific solutions.
We hope to see you there! |
Our First Time...Again Fuel Cell Seminar & Exposition
Another first time exhibiting opportunity for Bronkhorst USA also takes place in October. From the 18th to the 21st of October we will be exhibiting at the Fuel Cell Seminar & Exposition at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center in San Antonio, TX. If you are a researcher or manufacturer in the fast growing Energy market, stop by and let us tell you how you can benefit by working with Bronkhorst USA. |
Good to Know Zeroing a Coriolis Meter/Controller

Due to mechanical construction of the sensor tubes each Coriolis sensor will have a very small offset signal, even when the mass flow is zero. This is called the zero-stability error and is specified for accuracy separately for all Coriolis instruments. This error can be neutralized after performing a zeroing procedure. Immediately after zeroing, zero-stability error is 0%. However it is allowed to move between a certain band depending on the environment and fluid conditions. In ideal situations, where actual process conditions do not change, this error will remain the same. Each time process conditions have been changed significantly a CORI-FLOW needs to be zeroed in order to get rid of the offset error due to zero-stability. At the very least the first time an instrument is used a zero procedure will be required. The procedure, basically, is to warm up the instrument, allow the instrument to fill with the fluid at process conditions, shut off the valve(s) at the output to establish zero flow, and activate the zeroing. The zeroing can be activated, and monitored, using the pushbutton and LED's on the instrument, or through the RS-232 or fieldbus interface. Details of the procedure can be found in the manual that accompanies every instrument. |
