Spring  is here and the days are longer and the weather warmer.                                                      The biggest question we get is how am I going to practice once it gets hot out?

 1. The tempature in the room is always the same cold or hot outside. So once you are in the room you will forget about the tempature outside.

2. Your body is already warm so you can begin to increase the depth of your postures.

3. Smaller classes mean more individual attention from instuctors.

4. The days are longer and you can fit everything in plus your yoga.

5. Make the comitment to continue through the summmer and you will be that much more ahead come winter.

6.  Remember Yoga is a comitment to your health and well being any time of the year.
