raj Chris always brings a good laugh to the studio.  Besides being your helpful hardware man. He is  also turning into a great YOGINI.
Here is what Chris has to say........
"I am 52 years old, six foot eight inches tall and weigh 185 lbs.  I have spent the better part of my active life trying to run, bike, climb,ride,ski and fly as much as I could.  In that time I have managed to "blow up" both knees and both ankles from skiing and snowboarding.
I started Bikram yoga because I was frustrated and bored with years of going to the gym, doing the circuit and not seeing the results I wanted.  Participating in Bikram yoga has given me a second chance at flexibility and strength along with the unexpected gifts of learning how to quiet my mind, overcome fears and breathe.
Bikram is the hardest thing I have ever attempted and the most rewarding because I can see and feel the way my body and mind have changed. I just wish I had found it sooner........

"Bikram Yoga is a nourishing form of physical exercise and mental balancing.  I have been practicing at Bikram Stowe for just over a year. The practice is helping me to harmonize with my body after a hip replacement two and a half years ago; at the beginning of attending Bikram classes I found this practice to be especially humbling! Slowly, slowly I have found strength in my body, breath and meditation. Namaste  Bikram Yoga Stowe!"
