August brings on the heat of the Summer. The year's last blast of the Sun's golden rays. The Sun's rays radiate warmth, love, and calm deep into the depths of our souls.

Use this time to bask in the heat of the Summer Sun. Refuel your soul and heart. Fill your cells and organs with this spirit of life and song of your soul.

As the Bear gathers and stores for the long winter ahead, perhaps we too can use these hot summer days as our God given opportunity to refuel, recharge, gather and store for the long winter days ahead.

This idea of being in the present, enjoying where are we now, begs me to the question; "How are we treating life?"  Are we dancing in and under the warmth of the Summer Sun? Are we sweating out stored toxins as we use this to our health? Are we staying inside and complaining about the world around us? Are we dancing or are we sitting it out? Are we enjoying the Sun or are we sitting in staleness?

The Summer Sun gives us a chance to sit in the warmth and contemplate, "How are we treating Life?" Search your soul and discover how you are basking in the Sun. Enjoy your discovery(!)
