A Case of Zero Doubt

Laser Away Spider Veins
Spider Veins are an unsightly, universal problem. 60% of women have Spider veins on their legs... even more in jobs that require standing, such as nurses, or after pregnancy.
The gold standard for Spider Vein removal use to be injections, but injections often caused massive bruising and often, more spider veins to form.
The new gold standard is the CUTERA CoolGlide™ laser. Laser light waves specifically target dark tissue, like the hemoglobin in veins, which absorbs the light and is immediately destroyed. The CoolGlide laser simultaneously cools the surrounding skin to almost freezing, so this is a very safe procedure.
That seems simple enough. Unfortunately, suntanned skin is also dark and, therefore, overly sensitive to laser light.
