Here is the Agenda for our first Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Crown Jewels of Canada Society (CJCS).

If you are a Queen or head of a chapter, please distribute this to any members of your chapter who do not have email.

Every member is entitled to vote. If not able to attend in person they may complete the PROXY and put either the name of their provincial representative, or the name of the President, Lynda Millard, as the person they wish to cast a vote on their behalf.

1.  Welcome and Introduction of Board of Directors

2.  To receive the President's Report;

3.  To To receive the Interim Financial Report;
4.  To elect directors for the ensuring year to fill any vacancies;

- Election of a Director to represent the Province of Nova Scotia for a term of three years

- Election of a Vice President

5.  Discussion Items;

a) Age Requirement

b) Communications
c) Hosting Events  - "Policy Regarding Crown Jewels of Canada Society (CJCS) "Member and/or Chapter Sponsored Events"
d) Fund Raising
e) Possibility of an annual membership pin, which would show proof of membership for attending events

6.  To review proposed budget for 2011 and setting of membership fees;
7.  To transact such other business as may be properly brought before the meeting.
