School Board Meeting - The next Board of Directors meeting will be held on January 18th beginning at 6 p.m. Please refer to the school website the Friday before all meetings to review the agenda. The public is welcome to attend.   

 

PFA Fundraiser - A Valentine's Extravaganza to be held on February 10th.Tickets on sale now!  

$17 per individual or $30/couple
Table of 8 for $100
To buy tickets, stop at the school office or contact Terri at 589-5300

Doors open at 6:30, Dinner at 7:00 (Choice of steak or chicken cordon bleu).

Commission Visit - This past Friday, Keelie Campbell from the Idaho Charter School Commission came and visited our school. Mrs. Campbell spent time with the Administration and Board members. She also took time to visit our classrooms and was very impressed with our school. This was a routine visit from the Commission as she visited other local charter schools in the area in order to afford schools the opportunity to ask any potential questions as well as show off their progress. 

 

High School News
Senior Class Fundraiser - TCPCS metal key chains are being sold in the front office. Each key chain is $5.00. Money made from this fundraiser will go toward high school activities.

Elementary News

 

PE Ballroom Dance Assembly - This Friday at 2 p.m. students in grades 1-8 will perform the routines that they have been practicing in PE Class. Parents, family and friends are welcome to attend.  

Performances are as follows:

1st - Charleston

2nd - Disco/ 70's (wigs and bandannas provided)  

3rd - Grease Lightning 

4th - Cha-Cha Slide (please wear baseball caps and sunglasses)

5th - Cotton Eye Joe (please wear long sleeve white dress shirts and jeans)

6th - Disco(please wear costumes

7th - 50's (please wear costumes)

8th - Thriller (zombie costumes/attire) 

 

D.A.R.E. Graduation - Congratulations to our 5th grade students on their graduation from the D.A.R.E. program last month. Our students graduated alongside White Pine 5th and 6th graders.Thanks to Officer Corneilson for his time spent with the students on drug awareness, and congratulations to our students!

 

Cititzen of the Month Lunch - Students from the December Citizen of the Month were taken out to lunch last Tuesday to Pizza Pie Cafe by Mr. Emfield and Ms. Adelizzi. Congratulations to these exceptional students:
