Leadership a "buzz" word but what does it mean?
"Who are "they" that hold so much power over our lives"?
(Orville Thompson)

Greetings!

There are those that lead and those that manage.  What's the difference?

A Leader is someone who others follow by choice, who make decisions that are valued, who is someone that others respect merely by their actions.  Leaders inspire, have integrity, enlighten, are strategic in their approach to work, build strong teams and motivate others.

A manager is someone who makes sure things are "managed", merely oversight and most often people either abide by or go against someone they view as simply their "boss".

Which are you?

A "leader" can be a manager and manage but a manager does not necessarily exhibit leadership.

Learn the difference...learn how to optimize your ability to lead rather than simply "manage".  Through our traditional consulting and our on line services we offer clear paths, training and tools that can turn a manager into a leader as well as making that leader, optimize their ability as such!
