Now more than ever an HR Infrastructure is Critical
Kudos to those Districts working hard, fast and furiously on meeting the issues of budget cuts "head on". This will get harder before it gets easier. It is something businesses/private sector have to deal with often.
Having to make such decisions creates tension and challenges on every level. Often relationships become strained and planning and solid decision making may be hindered as a result. Third party assistance works well to move organizations through change and managment of the same.
