Signs and what do about Workplace ViolenceAugust 2010
Greetings!

The current economic climate adding stress to so many lives adds the liklihood of extreme stress and reactions that go with it.  If there is any threat of losing a job or additional frustrations with co workers and/or supervisors, anger can kick in to those prone to handling situations in a more aggresive manner.

Be alert to warning signs of potential violence....

  • Employee who receives a less than stellar performance evaluation regarding their behavior or performance
  • Hostile relationships exist with other employees
