About the Presenters

 

Jeannine Brown Miller
Human Resources Consultant With 25+ Years of Experience. A native of Niagara Falls, NY, Jeannine Brown Miller started JBM Consulting in 1987. Over the course of her career as a Human Resources Professional, Jeannine has managed Human Resources departments, overseeing payroll operations, compensation, benefit administration, employee/labor relations, recruitment and implementing human Resources Information Systems (HRIS); As a consultant, JBM focuses on HR compliance, policy writing, handbook development, employee relations, process review and improvements, strategic planning , group facilitation, professional development/leadership training, conflict resolution, coaching and mentoring of executives and staff for a variety of industries/organizations, some include healthcare, public, private and higher educational institutions, the public sector and various small and mid-sized businesses. She also serves as an adjunct collect professor and is progressive in the HR field, recently introducing on line employee/leadership training in the form of "webinars" on her website.

Karen Renzi
Karen is Executive Director of Beyondus Design & Marketing, a marketing communications firm specializing in online and B-to-B marketing. With more than 10 years of online marketing experience, Karen held positions at various technology-based startup companies in Boston, MA prior to co-founding Beyondus. Beyondus provides custom marketing solutions including web design, database development, branding and graphics, marketing strategy and planning, SEO, and social media marketing. Local clients include LPCiminelli, Niagara County IDA, Wendt Corp., and Eden Interiors, as well as clients nationwide and internationally. As speaker and instructor, Karen has presented seminars for various business organizations, courses via Niagara University continuing education and the Women's Business Center at Canisius College, as well as offering private corporate training and marketing coaching
