As you approach this Holiday Season, please remember the importance and value of your hardworking, dedicated staff.  Valuing their contributions will lead to prosperity in the New Year. 

 The message I am sending this month is simple.  The challenge is to assess the value we put on "Kindness" to all we encounter.  There is tremendous "hidden" power in kindness.  Kindness is the answer to strong and lasting relationships. Strong and lasting relationships leads to a prosperous business.

Remember the value of training and improving your most valuable assets...your staff.  Consider investing in your business by improving the quality and approach to management style and staff performance.  Incorporate "kindness" into everyday practice for all levels of employees.
