Using "Types" in GAGEtrak - Part 4
Calibration, Standard, Service Request, Issue and Supplier Types
Over the past few months, we have seen how Gage Type plays a major role throughout GAGEtrak in linking gages of the same family with the same procedures, the same calibration standards and the same calibration frequency and how calibration performance by Gage Type can be tracked and controlled. GAGEtrak uses other Type fields in other areas of the program and these types apply to different kinds of items. The following information will give you some ideas for information that is required, or might be useful, to enter into the Type fields in these different windows.
