Family & Friends Poster Family and Friends Abuse and Violence Educational Series - January 12, 19 & 26

 

Have you felt helpless when it comes to helping a friend or family member that you suspect is in an abusive relationship? Nothing you say or do is working to help someone you care about get out of an abusive relationship?  

 

Join us for this 3 part series on January 12, 19 and 26, 2012, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., at Doylestown Presbyterian Church, 127 E. Court St, Doylestown and receive the tools and information you need to assist your friend or family member.

 

Trained Counselors will be available to answer questions.

MLK Day of Service 2011Martin Luther King Day of Service - January 16

 

Join A Woman's Place (AWP) for a Day of Service in memory and honor of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.  Projects will include preparations for upcoming events (including Chocolate Lovers' Fantasy and Dance Marathon), donation sorting, assembly of student handout packets and other training materials, and more. Space is limited.
