Applications may be found on the Coleman Orthodontic website, www.colemanortho.com (under the Smile for a Lifetime tab) or at the Syracuse, Utah office of Coleman Orthodontics.
Although the orthodontic scholarships these individuals receive provide complimentary orthodontic treatment, many recipients also require extensive dentistry. This dental work can be very costly.
