The Art and Science of Facilication

Jerry McNellis blew away the Consulting Community members that attended our June 23 event.  We were not only impressed by the more than 30 years of facilitation expertise that Jerry openly shared but also by the power of Compression PLanning as a facilitation tool.  Jerry, along with son  Pat and colleague Jay Duffy, filled the evening with case studies, loads of facilitation tips and techniques, and a free copy of Jerry's book The Compression Planning Advantage.

Sorry if you were not able to attend, you missed a truly unique experience.  As consolation, you can find out more about Compression Planning or order a copy of Jerry's book at www.compressionplanning.com.  Better yet, attend the next Compression Planning Institute at Oglebay scheduled for July 14 - 16 or September 14 - 16.
The Phase Zero Workshop™ BETA 2

A special invitation to Pittsburgh Consulting Community for established consultants or business advisors who are interested in participating as a beta partner in a powerful, 2-day business communication workshop.

The Phase Zero Workshop is designed for Senior-Level Advisors and Consultants who:
  • Work with CEOs, business owners and senior decision-makers
  • Are frustrated when they try to explain what they do
  • Are in a crowded profession and need to stand out
  • Would like to elevate to a trusted-advisor status
  • Have a burning desire to build a focused business offering
  • Don't feel comfortable "selling" and promoting themselves
  • Want a practical, replicable system for winning new clients
  • Want to boost their refer-ability from a 4 to a 10
Workshop participants emerge with a laser-focused business message strategy and a 3-piece "communication tool belt" that gives them the new ability to:

SPEAK their business uniquely with The 10-Second Hook™ (Turning a boring elevator pitch into a compelling conversation)

SHOW their unique process with The Client Foglifter™ (Communicating a focused, "first-step" service offering on 1 page)

CLOSE business faster with The Quick-Start Proposal™ (Creating a 1-page proposal that kickstarts new client engagement

This is NOT a seminar. It is a WORKSHOP where participants roll up their sleeves and transform the way they communicate their business. The workshop is facilitated by Brian Cubarney, founder of ClearBrands. The tools and methods are based on 20 years of helping corporations and professional services firms transform the way they communicate their business.
