The following By Law change will be voted on at the September 8 General Membership Meeting:
Article
II
(Territorial Jurisdiction and
Affiliation)
Sec. 1 The territorial jurisdiction of
the Association shall be the Counties of Antrim, Benzie, Grand
Traverse, Kalkaska, and Leelanau, State of Michigan AS DEFINED IN
THE ASSOCIATION'S POLICY.
Proposed Policy
Change
Territorial Jurisdiction. The territorial
jurisdiction of the Home Builders Association of the Grand Traverse Area, Inc.
shall be the Counties of Antrim, Benzie, Grand Traverse, Kalkaska, and
Leelanau, State of Michigan.

GENERAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING CLARIFICATION

The General Membership Meeting is being held at the Waterfront Conference Center on September 8, 2008 with the following Agenda:
4:30 pm: Builder Forum - Guide to Permitting and Zoning in Grand Traverse County
5:00 pm: Social Hour Begins
5:30 pm: Member Orientation
6:00 pm: Dinner Meeting with Keynote Speaker, John Paul, The Bank of Northern Michigan.
