This has long been a favorite of mine! I grew up eating the Spanish Bean soup in restaurants in Tampa like the Columbia, Las Novedades, Valencia Gardens, Spanish Park & many others! As an adult I discovered this soup mix which I fixed frequently for my family, then it disappeared! Like many of you I was heartbroken, I couldn't replicate the recipe at all!
