THE SEASON OF KINDNESS AT LAGUNA
As we begin to celebrate this holiday season and shop, please consider adding an extra gift card to your purchases.
The office is accepting gift card donations to be distributed to Laguna families in need. Preferably from stores like Walmart or Target where both clothing and food can be purchased.
Thank you in advance for sharing kindness this holiday season.

USED BOOK SALE BRINGS IN OVER $4,000 IN PROFIT!
A special congratulations and thank you to our Used Book Sale Committee for organizing and running two weeks of used book collection and sales!
Thank you to all our wonderful volunteers! We could not have done it without you. We collected and sorted over 11,000 books. A large part of the donation was donated by Sarah Clor's mother, who brought in a HUGE donation from several retired teachers. Thank you to all students in all classrooms who donated!
All leftover books were donated to Laguna teachers for use in their classrooms, Crisis Nursery, a local church, and the Scottsdale Public LIbrary. In addition, a large number of children's books were reserved for Laguna's literacy library.
Plan for next year - Laguna has a strong Used Book Fair tradition that makes this event successful both monetarily and as a tool to encourage reading on our campus. Start a box with your used books for next year's Fair today!

The page making process is similar to making an on-line photo album. It is not a huge time commitment, but a very important one!!
