NOTES FROM THE PRINCIPAL Dear Parents,
Happy New Year! I hope everyone is rested and ready to go. As I always do this time of year, I think about how I want the new year to unfold. I'm sure many of you have done the same as you've made your resolutions. This year I am encouraging everyone to include in their resolutions a promise that every day, while on campus, you'll do something that matters. So what will matter?
- What will matter is the significance of your "being there" when your child needs you, whether they realize it or not.
- What will matter is what you teach your child through your own actions.
- What will matter is talking positively about people and helping others do the same.
- What will matter is every act of integrity, compassion, courage or sacrifice that will enrich, empower or encourage others.
- What will matter is the influence you have on others.
Here's to another great year and "making things matter" at Laguna!
