WBE
The WBE program works to foster diversity in the world of commerce with programs and policies designed to expand opportunities and eliminate barriers in the marketplace for women business owners.
A Cushing representative has already attended training on the new online WBE/MBE verification process. We are happy to participate in the new way that makes it easier and more convenient to verify all payments made by prime contractors to their WBE/MBE. Other entities such as the Park District and PBC will soon be implementing the same verification system. We see this as a great step in assuring that all vendors granted government contracts successfully reach their WBE/MBE goals. |
