- The Time Place Manner Ordinance
- Options for neighbors who have concerns
- Ordinances, rules, guidelines, expectations, and sanctions

2010 Portland-Regional Graffiti Summit
This
is a free all-day conference limited to the first 200 who pre-register.
A free buffet lunch is included. We are STILL seeking sponsorship from
businesses and municipalities who are invited to send individuals or
small groups of participants. This is DPSST accredited training.

Give your input on the City's Public Involvement!
The Public Involvement Advisory Council (PIAC) was created to help the City conduct more consistent and meaningful public involvement processes. The PIAC is a 34-member advisory council made up of representatives from City bureaus and community organizations. The PIAC just released its first annual progress report which we encourage you to review and give YOUR input on their draft initiatives.
