Weapons Seminar
THIS Weekend!!! A special Bo staff seminar with Mr. Chuck Golden is set for Saturday, September 18th at 11:00 AM. The class will be held at Commercial Court and will be FREE to all CURRENT SFTKD students. All other participants may join the class for a $20 fee. Bo staffs are required for the class. If you do not have access to one, they will be available for purchase at the school.Black Belt Workout: Our monthly black belt workout will be at
Commercial Court NEXT Saturday, September 25th at 10AM. Full uniform is required.
New YOGA class schedule: Yoga has now been officially added to our schedule! SFTKD welcomes our newest instructor, Mrs. Sarah Kurtz, a certified yoga instructor to our family. Sarah will be teaching yoga for all levels at our
Rice Street location during the following days/times:
Mondays and Thursdays: 5:00 PM -6:15PM
Tuesdays and Thursdays: 11:30 AM-12:30 PM
Saturdays: 10:30 AM-11:30 AM
Classes are priced for CURRENT students are as follows:
$6 per class, $50 for a 10 visit punch card, and $35 for unlimited monthly classes.
Class prices for non TKD students are as follows:
$12 per class, $100 for a 10 visit punch card, and $75 for unlimited monthly classes.

Location Change for ALL Morning Classes: Just a reminder that, ALL morning TKD classes (Tuesday and Friday) are now located at COMMERCIAL COURT.
NATIONALS: The next CTF regional tournament is
Saturday,
November 13, in
Memphis, TN. Competition begins at
10 AM. Jacket Division Black Belt Qualifiers will receive invitations individually. All other competitors may pre-register for the tournament and pick up spectator passes at the school.
We will have school vans going to both the tournament and the black belt testing the Friday night preceding the tournament. If you would like to ride with us, please be sure to reserve your seat (
$20 a seat to cover gas) at the school!! For further information, check the

Promotional Belt Testing Set
The next promotional belt testing will be held at Commercial Court on Saturday, October 16 at 9AM. This testing will be for *ALL* ages. Testers are asked to please be in uniform and on the floor 15 minutes prior to testing time.

Kids Lock In
Mark your calendars! The next kids lock in is scheduled for Friday September 24 from 6PM until 11PM at Commercial Court. Cost includes dinner and non tkd friends are welcome!! Movie will be announced close to lock in day.
