Make Up Promotional Testing: Make Up Testing has been set for THIS Saturday, August 28 at 9AM. Testing will be held at the Commercial Court location. If you missed testing last week, be sure to be in class this week for check off if you are interested in making this test date!

Kids Lock-In LOCATION CHANGE !!: The Lock-In THIS Friday, August 27 will be at the COMMERCIAL COURT location instead. Please make note of this change!! The lock-in will still begin at 6 PM and all kids should be picked up by11 PM. Price is still $20 per child which includes dinner, and the kids are welcome to bring a "non TKD" friend with them. We will be going to CiCi's pizza to eat and the movie will be announced that night. NOTE: Classes will run on schedule that day as well.



FREE YOGA: Our LAST Free yoga class will be THIS Saturday at 11AM. Our new yoga instructor, Mrs.Sara Kurtz will be teaching this beginner class for students, parents and guests as well. Please come and try it out!!

BLACK BELT WORKOUT: Don't forget black belts, our monthly workout is THIS Saturday, August 28, beginning at 10 AM. Full uniform is required.

Stevens Family TaeKwonDo offers traditional TaeKwonDo, X-Treme Martial Arts, Kickboxing, Tumbling, Weapons, Self Defense, Personal Training, Boot Camp with new class additions this fall for Krav Maga, Tai Chi, Yoga and Pilates. For school age kids a structured after school program is available offering pick up at most of the Murfreesboro City and Rutherford County schools, with additional summer camps during the summer break. A member of Choong Sil Kwan TaeKwonDo Federation, Stevens Family offers students the ability to compete with other TaeKwonDo students from around the country.
