BELT TESTING - The next promotional belt testing is THIS Thursday, August 19 at the Rice Street location. Kids testing begins at 5:30 PM and Adult testing begins at 7:00 PM. Testers need to be in uniform and ready to begin 15 minutes prior to the start of testing.

Check off for testings will be TONIGHT Tuesday, August 17 at Rice Street for Adults and TOMORROW Wednesday August 18 at Commercial Court for Kids during regular classes. Be sure to be in class if you want to be considered for this round of testings!!

FREE Yoga Classes: In preparation for adding yoga to our regular class structure, we will be offering FREE yoga classes for the last two Saturdays in August at our Rice Street location. Please come try yoga out on Saturday August 21 and Saturday August 28; both begin at 11:00 AM. Feel free to bring a friend and pass along the information.

NEW School Added to the SFTKD After School Pick-Up Routes: With our newest addition to the SFTKD fleet, we have opened up our routes to add ROCKVALE to our growing list of schools with pick up service. Please contact us about adding your Rockvale student to our After School Program before the opportunity closes up!

KIDS LOCK-IN!!: Back to School means Lock Ins are BACK! Next Lock-In will be Friday, August 27 at the Rice Street location from 6 PM-11 PM. Price is still $20 per child which includes dinner, and the kids are welcome to bring a "non TKD" friend with them. We will be going to CiCi's pizza to eat and the movie will be announced that night.

Black Belt Workout: The next black belt workout will be held on Saturday, August 28th at our Commercial Court location. Class starts at 10:00 AM and will run approximately 2 hours long. Full uniform is required. Open floor will be from 9AM-10AM beforehand.

Stevens Family TaeKwonDo offers traditional TaeKwonDo, X-Treme Martial Arts, Kickboxing, Tumbling, Weapons, Self Defense, Personal Training, Boot Camp with new class additions this fall for Krav Maga, Tai Chi, Yoga and Pilates. For school age kids a structured after school program is available offering pick up at most of the Murfreesboro City and Rutherford County schools, with additional summer camps during the summer break. A member of Choong Sil Kwan TaeKwonDo Federation, Stevens Family offers students the ability to compete with other TaeKwonDo students from around the country.
