FirstArt S.F. Apartment Rent Rises as Vacancy Rates Fall

 

San Francisco Chronicle Staff Writer, Carolyn Said, recently took a look at rising rents in San Francisco and what is causing the sudden increase.

 

This supports my findings while marketing vacant properties this summer. Rents for the porfolio I manage shot up significantly over the last few months, as prospective tenants voice frustration at apartments being rented before they could even schedule a showing.

 

This is great news for landlords who have been faced with falling rents over the last couple years.
