Greetings!
Did you know that the average person fills only 30-50% of their lung capacity when breathing? Think about that.... we could be bringing in 50-70% more air into our bodies! No wonder there are so many people that seem tired and low on energy!
Certainly, proper nutrition and level of activity also affect our energy level, but proper breathing is SO important to good mental and physical health and it's something we've completely forgotten how to do!
And finally, modern science is validating what the ancient yogis realized thousands of years ago... our breath is extremely powerful and we can harness this power to feel healthier in mind and body.

All throughout the summer, I'll be offering my Just Breathe & Be workshop at various locations. You can even register for it online at the Anyone Can Do YOGA shop!
I'll be kicking it off this Sunday from 9:30-12pm at Bee Natural Health Store & Fitness Studio in Coopersburg, PA. Check out our CALENDAR for other venues in PA and NJ through July and August. And I hope to add more, so stay tuned!

The next time you feel weary, anxious, unnerved or just need a break.... take a "Deep Breather": 1. PAUSE, stop whatever you are doing 2. Take a smooth, deep breath in & out of the nose with your full attention on the inhalation and exhalation 3. Repeat 3-5 times and see how different you feel!
