Greetings!
I love to teach.... but I also love to learn. Over the next several weeks, I have the good fortune to attend some trainings/workshops myself and I'm quite excited about the potential experiences!
One thing yoga has taught me, is that there's never an end to the learning if we allow ourselves to be fully open to it. I could do a yoga pose a hundred times and on the 101st time, I know that I can still learn something more about myself, my body, my nature.
Yoga teaches us to go beyond any preconceived limitations of what is or should be and simply be OPEN...
- Open to being fully aware in the present moment,
- Open to honoring whatever realizations occur
- Open to accepting what you feel and learn without judgment.
And by doing this, we not only allow ourselves to deepen our experiences when practicing yoga, but also give ourselves the opportunity to find value in each moment off the mat.
So I leave you for a couple weeks and when I return, there will be MANY opportunities for me to share my new learning with you!
