You know what they say, "The present is truly a gift."
Learn how to be "in the present."

Ok - you get the jist... at times, we all fall prey to our thoughts of the past and worries of the future - it's human nature.

What is more important is to recognize when we become a victim of our thoughts and then to use the appropriate tools to free ourselves from the worries.  Only then, can we be fully present with ourselves, our families, our work, etc.

This is EXACTLY what yoga teaches you to do - life skills for the NOW.... it becomes your toolbox to enjoy the PRESENT.

I hope to see you (and your friends, family, neighbors... bring them all!) very soon!

NEW Weekly Vinyasa Yoga at ANI!
MV Side Angle Monday Evenings
6:30 - 7:45pm

Join me starting Jan 12th for weekly Vinyasa yoga classes at the Alburtis Neuromuscular Institute.  "What is Vinyasa?", you may ask.

Vinyasa yoga is sometimes also called "Flow Yoga" and  the word itself can be translated as "breath-synchronized movement."  In this dynamic class, you will learn how to harness the energy of your breath as you flow through a sequence of yoga poses. 

Rather than using the breath to deepen a pose as is done in Hatha Yoga, with Vinyasa the emphasis is more on awareness of movement and synchronization of breath with the movement.  Some yoga experience is suggested.  Vinyasa is a powerful way to improve coordination, increase range of motion, and boost energy levels.
