It's been over 2 years now that I left the corporate world and decided to pursue my passions (yoga and massage therapy for those new to my newsletters) as my life work. 

But just recently, as I was updating my website I realized something was missing.  It was a mission statement!  Of course, I know what my vision is for Anyone Can Do YOGA!, but does anyone else?  So finally, I put it into words, posted it to my site and I look at it every morning. 

There is much power in the written word... this made me think one step further.  How powerful would it be to write down your own personal mission and read it every day?! 

Think about it - what do YOU feel is YOUR personal mission?  To be the best parent and/or partner you can be?  To become a successful entrepreneur?  To simply enjoy each and every day to the fullest extent?

Whatever it is, I encourage you to write it down, keep it in a special but accessible place and read it to yourself every day.  From my own experience, I can tell you that this simple act is quite inspiring and grounding.

I've created this 4-part course so you can take the classes as a package or individually*.  As a package, the 4-week program is designed to teach you foundational yoga skills and give you the confidence to continue your own personal yoga practice.

Taken as individual classes, the program allows you to hone particular areas of an existing yoga practice or learn poses to help a specific need even if you do not have previous yoga experience.  (*NOTE:  The first class is a prerequisite to the other classes unless you have previously taken "Fundamentals- Level 1" or "Yoga Demystified!" classes.)

Part 1:  Key Concepts - Yogic Intention, Breathing & 'Body Geometry'
Part 2:  Upper Body - Neck, Shoulders & Arms
Part 3:  Lower Body - Lower Back, Hips & Legs
Part 4:  Strengthening & Balancing

In this 4-week program, we will:
  • Focus on key yoga concepts of awareness, acceptance & honoring the body
  • Practice harnessing the power & energy of your breath through pranayama
  • Learn proper body alignment & fine-tune yoga poses to suit YOUR body-type
  • Learn basic meditation techniques to calm and bring focus to the mind
  • Enjoy an intimate setting with small class size for personalized attention
