Greetings! We took the summer off from our newsletter and return now with new teas and lots of interesting, tea tales (or tea tails?) 
This summer we have been experimenting with Chef Maryna from our sister company Local Catering, cooking with some of our teas with great sucess. Check out our matcha Green Tea ice cream recipe HERE. Our Lapsang Souchong rubbed pulled pork was a huge success at the Selby Gardens Fall Music Series, selling out each week. And we had a blast creating a video showing the steps Chef Maryna goes through to create a pulled pork sandwich HERE.
