Urine Testing
Testing can be conducted on a single urine sample for one to 10 drugs at a time, delivering fast results that are readable for up to 60 minutes. Confirmation testing can be performed at any of our partner's SAMHSA-certified laboratories.
Oral Fluid Testing
Provides easy-to-read results within 15 minutes, detecting drugs not available in traditional urine drug screens. The sample is collected under direct supervision, minimizing the chance for specimen adulteration. GC/MS confirmation can be performed at our partner's SAMHSA-certified laboratory.
Breath Alcohol Testing
On-site breath alcohol testing that is fast and easy. This highly convenient, non-invasive screening device - available in D.O.T. approved and non-D.O.T. versions - accurately screens for alcohol use by measuring alcohol levels from just one deep breath. Easy-to-read indicator crystals change color upon alcohol detection, providing results within two minutes.
Adulteration Testing
Developed to detect the use of foreign substances (ingested or added to a specimen) that prevent the detection of drug use, our instant adulteration product is an essential part of a comprehensive drug testing program.
Medical Review Officer (MRO)
Clinical interpretation of results by a licensed medical doctor M.D. or doctor of osteopathic medicine (DO) educated about drugs of abuse. The MRO service can be added to any of the testing options and MRO review may be conducted on only positive results or all of results whether positive or negative. AccuSource has access to a national network of over 5,000 licensed physicians for the independent evaluation and interpretation of drug results, allowing for faster and easier review processing.
Hair Testing
Hair testing for drugs of abuse is the only drug-testing method available that provides up to a 90-day drug use history. This makes hair testing an ideal solution for pre-employment and random testing protocols.
Using FDA-cleared testing reagents, this lab-based test offers the advantages of easy specimen collection and highly accurate results that meet the same reference standards as urine testing. In addition, there are no known methods for sample adulteration (hair washing will not dilute the sample). Because specimen collection can be directly observed, the risk of adulteration is even further reduced.
Fast turnaround of results is also available: Negative results are reported within 24 hours of receipt at the laboratory, and positive results are confirmed using gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS) or gas chromatography/mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry (GC/MS/MS) within 48 to 72 hours. Hair testing is also forensically defensible. When compared with urine specimen testing, hair testing provides up to 2.5 times the number of positives and a longer detection window.
