The weather is cooling...but things are heating up at San Juan Passage!
 What a summer we've had at San Juan Passage - hundreds of new-home shoppers have stopped by in recent months to tour the neighborhood, and twelve new homeowners have joined the community! In response to the tremendous success we've seen this summer, Gilbane Development has  hired an additional full-time site supervisor, Mike Benishek, formerly with John F. Buchan Homes in Seattle, to help facilitate the home building process. Soon you will be seeing a number of new floor plans made available, allowing for even more personalization in your home design. In addition, a host of new lots for the Seacoast Classic and Harborside Series homes will be released this fall. The autumn is a wonderful time to visit San Juan Passage. A fresh breeze is blowing, the leaves are turning, and there is a lot happening at San Juan Passage...so plan to visit soon.
