New Year's Resolution: Live by the Sea in 2011
We are excited to announce that the neighborhood is growing! Construction has begun on four new model homes, as well as the planned Picnic Park on the east side of the neighborhood.
 Many of you have asked for main-level living, and we are happy to answer that request! Two of the four new homes will be the Roche Harbor Rambler, pictured on the right. This home is part of the Harborside series and offers views of Guemes Channel and the San Juan Islands.
