Sold! Reid Harbor Slated for Lot 93

Water's Edge Lots Approved for Clearing
On September 21st the Anacortes City Council approved basics of a Shoreline Landscape & Management Plan that will guide clearing and view maintenance for Lots 1-15 at San Juan Passage. These unique parcels border the Shoreline Trail System and have been set aside as custom building lots for individual home designs that conform to community design guidelines. According to Russ Lindquist, Project Manager, "The decisions reached provide a balanced approach for protecting marine views and the natural habitat".
