KidVenture Mission & Outreach Sunday
Are you aware that KidVenture collects an offering each Sunday? Every cent of the money that is collected goes directly to a mission or outreach project. This Sunday all of KidVenture will learn about stewardship and outreach and what it means to share God's blessings.
Children will learn all about the child, Tadcha, that KidVenture sponsors through Compassion International. Tadcha is twelve years old, and we have sponsored him for several years. The kids will also learn about many more opportunities they will have throughout the year to share blessings with others throughout the world.

Operation Christmas Child Kicks Off This Week
It's time to fill the shoe boxes! KidVenture is once again partnering with a Calvary small group to bring the hope of Christmas to children around the world. Children will learn about this opportunity during KidVenture this Sunday morning. Information and boxes will be available to all church members in the Atrium beginning this Sunday. Boxes can be returned to the Atrium on Sundays, November 13 & 20, or to the church office Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm until Monday November 21. Please consider filling a box with your family and bring the love of Christ to a child around the world! All are welcome to Trunk or Treat this Sunday! 
Calvary will host the second annual Trunk or Treat celebration on Sunday, October 30 from 4:30-6 pm in the Calvary parking lot. Children and families are invited out for safe trick-or-treating, fun entertainment, and delicious fall food. This is a great opportunity to connect with the community and invite them to Calvary. If you are bringing your "trunk," please plan to arrive between 3:30-4:05 in the east parking lot by the garage. That section will be closed off to moving vehicles at 4:15 pm. Once parked, you will have time to decorate your vehicle and prepare for the trick-or-treaters. Bible Blast Overnight Plans Underway for Third and Fourth Graders Bible Blast is an exciting event where children learn all sorts of wonderful things about their Bibles. Typically a Third Grade event, this year's event will be open to all Third and Fourth Grade students because the event wasn't held last year. Please mark your calendars for Friday evening and Saturday morning, November 18 and 19. We welcome any parents who would be willing to help out with activities. We are especially looking for a couple of dads who will be willing to be overnight chaperones for our boys. Helpers do not need to stay the entire time.
